Air Baltic developed a very efficient hub at Riga airport, in Latvia, connecting southern and central Europe cities to Scandinavia, Baltic, Russian and easter Europe destination. With an 88.3% of flights operated on-time in 2019, it is in the top 10 of airlines worldwide in terms of punctuality. Though it is officially a low-cost carrier, it offers a Business Class service which includes a seat in the first two or three rows of the cabin, extra free seat for more personal space and privacy, three-course meals including alcoholics, priority check-in and boarding, fast track and access to the lounge at the airport.
