Biman is the national airline of Bangladesh, with hub in the capital Dhaka and focus cities in Chittagong and Sylhet. Its network includes destinations in Asia, the Middle East and Europe with the main foreign market being the UK: In the 1990s and 2000s it used to fly to New York, but flights have been discontinued, although a route to Toronto is in the plans, allowing a new access to North America.
