In the last decade Ethiopian grew from an African regional airlines to a global carrier whose network spans Africa, Europe, North and South America and Asia with more that 120 cities served. It’s Africa major carrier and the one with the largest number of destinations in the continent. The fleet includes last generation aircraft like the B787 Dreamliner and the Airbus A350. Its westward flights to North America make a stop in Dublin, Ireland, while they fly non-stop back to Addis Ababa. The crash of one of its B737 MAX 8 in March 2019 was the cause of the grounding of all the MAXs around the world.
