Based in Haikou, on the tropical island of Hainan in the South of China, Hainan Airlines in one of ten airlines in the world (and the only in China) to have been awarded the 5-STAR rating by British independent agency Skytrax in 2019 for the ninth consecutive year, because of the excellence of its onboard and ground services to passengers. Accolades include “Best lounge in China”, “Best Business Class in China” and “Best Cabin Crew in China”.
