For almost 70 years, Rossiya has been the “Leningrad-then Saint Petersburg airline”, with Aeroflot having poor connections out of Pulkovo airport. In 2010 Russian government decided to consolidate Rossiya into Aeroflot, although the airline kept its own identity and brand.
